Career Summary:
Over 35 years experience across the country and overseas in the scripting, design, working drawings and building of various building functions including hotels and strip centers; specializing in amusement attraction and theme design.

Skills:
A creative thinker, Leonard is highly skilled in design techniques, sketch perspectives, marker renderings, study and finish models. Experienced AutoCAD drafter, Sketchup 3D Presentation, published creative writer,  public speaker, Excel spreadsheets and database developer.

Employment History:
March 2013 – September 2013  – Evermore Park, Pleasant Grove, Utah
Master Plan and Design of a 30 acre themed event park. In charge of building design and coordinating with landscapers for overall park layout, AutoCAD drawings of buildings and urban design. Provided conceptual Sketchup 3D models for various attractions in the park.

In charge of Sales, accounting, billing, master planning, design development and onsite construction supervision for attractions, dark rides, museums, mirror mazes and  Halloween events around the country.

Owner and event coordinator for the annual conference that moves to a new city each year. Programming includes seminars, trade show, off site excursions, mixers and night time gala.
